Deposits and Withdrawals

The following terms apply to financial transactions on the winwinbd platform. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses require a 10x (ten times) wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount becomes withdrawable only after it has been wagered 10 times. A time limit applies to complete the wagering — this is specified in the terms of each bonus.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless specifically stated
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering is completed

5.4 VIP Program

The winwinbd VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Diamond — up to 0.8% cashback per week

VIP tier is determined based on a user's regular activity and participation on the platform. Additional benefits are added as you move up to higher tiers.

Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to participation in casino games, slots, live dealer games, and sports betting on the winwinbd platform.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

winwinbd ensures fair play across all games. The game software used on the platform is verified by independent bodies, and all outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical error, winwinbd makes every effort to recover the data for that session. However, the final outcome is determined according to the server logs.

7.3 Account Sale and Transfer

Selling, renting, or transferring an account in any other way is strictly prohibited. The balance or rewards in an account are not transferable to a third party.

Account Suspension

winwinbd reserves the right to suspend or close an account temporarily for investigation or permanently in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated
• If required information is not provided for KYC verification or false information is submitted
• If unusual or suspicious activity is identified on the account
• Upon instruction from a court, government body, or law enforcement agency
• At the user's own request (voluntary closure)

8.2 Process Following Suspension

If an account is suspended, the relevant user will be notified by email. If no violation is proven after the investigation is completed, the account will be reactivated. If fraud is proven, the account will be permanently closed and the available balance may be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

winwinbd provides the platform on an "as is" basis. winwinbd's liability is limited in the following areas:

• Any damage or problem occurring on the user's own device
• Differences between the user's expectations and actual game results

9.2 Acknowledgment of Gambling Risk
